Reduction Rhinoplasty
This patient wanted plastic surgery to shorten the length of his nose and remove a hump. He also had a receding chin. Using the ‘closed’ approach we trimmed the hump and rotated the tip if his nose cephalically (upward). We also augmented his chin to create a more balanced profile.
