Before and After Nose Surgery Photos 32

Reduction Rhinoplasty

An irregular front view and a mild hump; both resolved by augmenting the tip of the nose. The augmentation combined a tip rotation (raising that portion of the nose) with a tip graft – the introduction of a pre-shaped graft to shape the tip of the nose. This was sufficient to straighten the hump without further surgery to trim the dorsum (surgical removal of the hump) – a two in one plastic surgery technique devised for rhinoplasty.
