Before and After Nose Surgery Photos 33

Augmentation Rhinoplasty & Saddle Noses

An example of ‘finesse’ plastic surgery done with the ‘closed’ approach (through the nostrils). The surgeon did not introduce fundamental changes to this patient’s nose; just conservative cosmetic refinements to round off the aesthetics and overall appearance of the face.  This included removing a mild hump and a tip refinement. On the base view of the nostrils, a twist in the caudal septum (the leading edge of the septum) created a mild distortion (a tilt to the right). Our surgeon used a ‘swinging door’ technique to realign the nose.
