Augmentation Rhinoplasty & Saddle Noses
On the front view, this patient displayed a broad, amorphous tip; on the profile or side view, a saddle depression. We used the ‘open’ approach to refine (sculpt) the tip of the nose. To correct the saddle depression, we introduced a laminated beam graft along the dorsum (bridge) – a technique pioneered by the specialist Nose Clinic team in the 90’s especially for saddle depression plastic surgery.
