Reduction Rhinoplasty
‘Finesse’ plastic surgery. On the front view, before surgery, this patient’s nose deviated to the left. In profile, she displayed a bony hump. We used the ‘closed’ approach to ‘finesse’ (refine or enhance) the overall shape of her nose (a cosmetic refinement that included a marginal refinement to the tip of her nose).
