Reduction surgery to remove a hump using the ‘closed approach’ to surgery (combined with a chin augmentation). This excellent result illustrates the dramatic effect of a chin augmentation on the profile of the face. A simple hump reduction alone would not have achieved the ideal balance between the nose and the chin.
