Reduction Rhinoplasty
The length of this patient’s nose is too long when viewed in profile. We did plastic rhinoplasty to shorten the length, sculpt the tip, reduce ‘tip projection’ minimally, and trim a slight dorsal hump (on the bridge). Our surgeon maintained a high bridge to complement the patient’s strong chin.
