Augmentation Rhinoplasty & Saddle Noses
You can often see the result of good Rhinoplasty in a patient’s eyes. This patient asked us to correct a radical saddle depression. The image on the left shows how awkward she felt about her appearance before undergoing plastic surgery to augment her nose with lyophilised donor cartilage – a laminated beam graft. The image on the right taken after surgery shows a complete transformation in her outlook.
