Augmentation rhinoplasty & ‘saddle’ noses

Augmentation surgery: surgery associated with ‘saddle depressions’ and snub noses. Done to raise the bridge of the nose to create a more pleasing and pronounced profile. At the Nose Clinic we use a laminated ‘beam’ graft made from lyophilised (freeze dried) donor cartilage to raise the bridge.

These ‘before and after’ images appear on the Nose Clinic Gallery by special courtesy of our many local and international patients. Thank you for consenting to display the results of your surgery here where visitors anywhere in the world can come and examine and assess our work.  Without you, we would not have learned as much as we have done about people, their concerns and aspirations.
